User has been unable to stand up or walk for over a year and has very painful neurological based spasms. After the first 25 minute foot/mode session no spasms at all, day or night and moving about results in much less pain. After a couple of days use she has noticed a significant change in her over all comfort condition. This product reflects a quality product in the way that it is packed and shipped. My delivery was a bit slow due the snow pack in this area, but we got it and it work just fine.Suggestions are to dampen bottom of feet before using. We just wet a paper towel and wipe the bottom of the feet. This provides a positive electrical connection. The device has a 'foot' level that controls the intensity and a 'mode' setting the controls the experience/behavior. i suggest setting the foot/intensity first, and then click through the modes until you can settle on what you like. We haven't used the Tens yet so no report on that except that the pads and connection leads are provided. Right now I'm willing to give this product all of the stars that reality will allow.

I bought this for my FIL for Christmas due to he has hip issues and knee issues and cannot really feel too much in his leg. The first day he tried it with the tens unit and he said he could actually feel tingling in his toes. The one thing I would say is he is not consistent everyday but when he uses it he really likes it and says it does help him. My husband was having some issues with his right leg and tried using it and he said after the 20 mins, he doesn’t feel any pain and never complained about it since and it has been 2 months. But I would say it works for both of them.

Buy a regular mechanical massager. This is worthless. The remote also uses common frequencies. It interacts with at least three other systems in my house.

I like the many choices there are for the modes and levels of intensity. The pads for the tens unit are large and can cover a lot of area. It’s important to find what level works best for you. You’ll definitely feel it if you continue to go up from zero. I use mode 5 which is the type of massage that is being preformed. Level 6 is just right for my body. I feel the stimulation but no pain. Each mode is designed to help the different ailments that we all have. I use it for Lipedema. I have long covid and nothing seemed to work for the drainage. When I use the machine, I feel the fluid moving. I also like the idea that it’s helping my muscles to gain strength. I’ve been lying on my couch since July of 2020.

This is described as a "massager", but it is instead a TENS unit that stimulates the muscles through electrical pulses. I am not a fan of the sensation, but the unit is lightweight and functions properly. The remote control is a nice touch.

Product quality appears high. Easy to use and definately stimulates muscles and nerves in the feet! Level is adjustable so it is easy to find your comfort level. Highly recommend this item!

Pleasantly surprised how nice this machine is and the great range of therapeutic modes it offers. The instructions are easy to understand which is a plus these days. Very happy with purchase. I have not had to use their customer service, but it offers both a hotline phone number (so you can hopefully speak to a human) and a website. I consider this a great purchase.

I purchased this for my mother because she was experiencing circulation issues in her toes. Surprisingly, I've found myself using it daily as well, simply because it's incredibly effective. It's extremely powerful! With 20 intensity levels, reaching level 4 or 5 brings significant relaxation to the legs. Considering my mother's feet are somewhat rough, she may require a higher level. Those with neurosis may find they can tolerate higher levels too. The 10 modes are all beneficial, without any being overly extreme. The remote control is user-friendly for adjustments. Additionally, the infrared feature, located on the bottom of the remote, operates at 100% when adjusting levels and modes. Fully functional and robust, it makes for the perfect gift for fathers, mothers, or spouses in need.
