Adjustable under the chin.
This neck brace works for me because it's adjustable, I can change the amount of lift under my chin. It holds my chin up when my neck gets tired. The padding along the side, between chest and neck is too short, needs more. I like the support behind my head too.

It sort of works, but it's flimsy. Best to go for a better built neck brace than this one.
