For the price I couldn’t say no, things a beast, didn’t even have it installed for more than a hour and it took care of all the “plant” smell

Awesome filter with minimal restriction!
The media could not be loaded. I really love the fact that it comes with mounting holes cast in the end caps. It was easy to mount, filter sock came pre-installed and it feela solid. Great value for the price! Highly recommended.

Too early to tell....
So i can't say how well the thing works as far as smell but upon receiving the package i noticed one side of the filter was dented so i dont know. It doesnt seem to fit into the 4 in fan i have either but im going to have to accommodate due to the fact that I needed it when i bought it and cant afford the time sending it back and waiting for the replacement.

The filter is in good condition and easy to install.

Lightweight and seems to work well
It is plastic. For the price point, I wouldn't really expect anything else. The filter seems to do pretty well. Unknown long-term effect. Easy to install. I like the lightweight when hanging in my grow tent. However, the "high end" filter it replaced was metal and substantially heavier.
