Sorry but very disappointed. I bought Marta's smoothy book which was brilliant. I liked her style of writing, easy to read not complicated. I was hoping for a book which would tell me what alkaline foods to cook and combinations of normal foods. I understand meals can be 70/30. A lot of the foods are unusual or I haven't heard of them - not what you would easily find in your local supermarket.
