Poor quality.
Cast iron surface is not as good as my other cast iron pans. And after one month, the enamel on the outside chipped. You get what you pay for and this is just a cheap pan.

Versatile and easy to clean
I really like the even heat in this pan and the sides are a bit higher than others I've seen. I use it almost daily.

Disappointed
I waited several months to write my review. I did my homework looking for a good product. These are "NOT" non-stick. I followed the directions, explicitly, to season all of my pots and pans. I wash them by hand. I only use Scotch Brite sponges to clean the pans. Everything I cook sticks to the bottoms of these pans, and burns, no matter what temperature I use. I have to soak them, after they have cooled, overnight. I spent a lot of money looking for the right product. Sadly I did not find it.
