IlluminX Alarm Clock Pill Box

I purchased this item for my elderly mother who needs take her prescription twice a day, I like the ideas, it hasbuilt in alam to reminding her when she needs to take her meds..... But unfduntuntely, this reminding alam is malt function....Which , I set it to be reminding alam twice a day, morning and evening but it goes off every 15- 30 minutes and it getsAnnoying....I tried several time to called the company and left message but no one has return my call.I do like this pill box but I would like to exchange it as soon as I can.Please, help me to correct this issue...Thank you!Ae

That's what the alarm will do - drive you nuts. I can't wait to find something better even at double the price. The boxes do NOT come out so you have to open one door and turn it over hoping none of the others open up because then you have a pile of pills all over. I'm hoping stock comes in on another I saw that had individual boxes. Meanwhile ..... cashew anyone?

Works as described. Very easy to set alarms and alarm is loud enough to hear in another room. Only problem is getting the pills out of the dispenser - the compartments are not very big so I tip it upside down to get them out and sometimes the gel pills (fish oil) will stick in the little box. Would be nice if the boxes lifted out.

I received the pill containers today. The package contained multiple pieces of trash. Cons , no instructions , and the labels stamped on the days and times are in Chinese.Pro's the compartments are big enough to hold more then just a couple of pills.

This was great for a few weeks. My husband has a brain injury and can't remember when to take his pills. I got him this and at first it was a life saver. It took the burden off me to remind him. Then all the sudden the clock started changing the time making the alarm go off at the wrong time. I keep setting it back to the right time but then it changes again.

Its nice to be able to set up pills for a month at a time. The alarm and the buttons are too complicated for our older adult with a bit of memory problems.

Gave this to my mom after her heart attack for all the medication she has to take at different times. She loves it. Her nurses even want to know where she got it so they could tell their other patients. Its much easier for her to work than have all the pill bottles. She was also not resting very well worried she would forget to take one when time came but with this having the alarm it works great if she falls asleep. Great product.

Good idea. Useful as long as it worked except for inability to reprogram some time alarms after first time. Worked we'll for a couple months, then began constant beeping. Changed batteries now time clock works but alarms do not.
