did not help me
I have been quit off nicotine for over a year. I purchased this to help with the cravings. No difference in cravings. I have the urge to smoke often. I just have to continue to fight the urge. I hate it.

Wish it was more affordable
Seems to have worked curb my cravings but there is not enough pills to make it Worth while. It only lasts a little over a week. I would buy again if the quantity was higher and the price was a bit lower.
