Oh joy! Following a knee accident, I couldn't get comfortable in bed as any sideways movement of the leg caused an involuntary shriek which woke the mem sahib with resultant consequences. This padded the knee and meant I could support it with no sideways movement. Result a good night's sleep and a pain free knee. Got another for the mem sahib's lower back. She is equally impressed.
