What I like about this set, is that the bristles are slightly harder/stiffer. I feel like this gives me a better scrub of my CPAP tube and equipment. However, the bristles on this set are shorter than my old cleaning set. That's the only negative. I would have preferred the same length of bristles. But I will still use this set over my old set as it does a better job of scrubbing.

The other reviewers have done a good job, so I won’t repeat what they have said, other to say how much I appreciate the included Velcro strap. Other reviews also explain how they soak their CPAP Hose before they use the brush. However, I have a heated hose. I can’t soak the hose due to the electrical connection. So here is what I do.The head of my hand-held shower unscrews easily. The shower hose outlet fits perfectly into the electrical connection of the CPAP hose. I add a bit of mild soap, connect the two hoses and run the water as hot as possible until it runs clear. Then I unhook the shower hose, get the nylon brush on the long flexible metal pusher a bit wet, and run the brush though the length of the hose. The wetness of the inner tube and the brush makes it easy to insert it to the end of the hose. Then I give the CPAP hose a quick rinse, and I’m good to go.I hope this helps those who also have a heated hose. It’s a bit of trouble, but I have to rinse out the hose anyways to keep it free of bacteria. The brush set helps make it all the cleaner.

I'd been trying to figure out a way to effectively clean the CPAP hose. I've tried the fill with baby shampoo in the shower and swish, etc. but never felt that I was really cleaning the hose. This fit the bill perfectly! The whole thing comes in a zip lock bag with two brushes. The bristles are soft but they scrub very well. The long one really gets down the hose and cleans it up while not damaging or scratching the inside. The smaller one, I used for cleaning the head gear. I think it really did a great job. Good stuff!

This set of CPAP cleaning brushes are well made. The length of the long double ended brush is about right for cleaning CPAP hoses. The bristle material is pliable enough to get into all the areas needing attention. The only thing about this set I would prefer was different is how stiff the shaft of hose brush is. Most hoses I've used and like have a less thick shaft.The listing descriptions and images are accurate.

I got this for my husbands c pap machine. But he stopped using the machine due to another recall. But this kit has so many other uses! It comes with one long wired (thick wire/flexible wire) with a brush head on both sides and one extra brush with a shorter handle. I claimed the single handle one for my hummingbird feeders, it’s perfect for cleaning the bottles on the glass feeders. The double headed one has many uses as well as for the c pap machine, for which it would be perfect for the tubing on. (I wish he could use the machine, and we are saving the brush for when he gets a hopefully new machine that doesn’t cause cancer) it will go though the tubing perfectly and clean it great. It is very well made and a great set and I recommend it.

The brushes on the long spring rod are approximately as big in diameter as a dime. The bristles are stiff enough to actually clean well, but when I run my hand along the brushes, they still feel soft. I also like the density of the bristles. They do a great job of cleaning. The wire shaft is flexible and easy to get through the tubing. This is the first product from the CPAP Soap Company that I have tried.

I usually just fill my C-Pap tube up with soap water and let it sit for a bit and then rinse it out with hot water. It worked OK, but this cleaning brush helps make sure there is no residual build up inside the hose. The bristles are the right diameter that they touch the sides of the hose but not too big that makes it hard to push the brush through the hose. A couple of strokes through the hose and you are done. Then there is the short brush that works good in the mask connection hose.
