fit well, feel good, launder well
Comfortable, smooth, no wrinkles. Useful pockets will accommodate iPhone 15, etc., although no way to prevent falling out in activity unless you can use the one zipped back pocket. Like other reviewers, I greatly dislike the white cord at waist; it just looks tacky. I don't find it needed and will remove it, as I did on my other pair. These seem to run a bit large, so I'd suggest to size down if in doubt. But good, usefully adaptive pants (without that cord!).

Not for hourglass shaped bodies. (Small waist, thick thighs...)
Just like every other outdoors pant out there, these do not accommodate an hourglass shaped body. I read lots of the reviews but I already suspected I would need to size up to accommodate my thighs. That's pretty standard for me if the pants aren't specifically "curvy cut". For reference, I am 5'2, so I had to cuff these twice. I'm 160 lbs & a women's size 6 in the waist but I have to buy curvy cut bottoms to accommodate my rear end and my very thick thighs which are more like a 10/12. In Madewell and Everlane jeans, I wear a 28 waist, curvy cut.I ordered the large in these drawstring pants hoping the crotch wouldn't puff out even though I knew I would have to tie the drawstring significantly tight. No luck. Super baggy in the crotch to where it puffs out, and still a little snug on my thighs. I definitely wouldn't be able to do a lot of bending, squatting or sitting without a seam popping on the thighs. They were not too tight on my calves, however, which surprised me. The cute contrasting drawstring is a casual nautical style rope and is bulky which makes a statement. The small back pockets are on the inside the pant as opposed to on the outside with only one side having a zipper. A phone will not fit. These pockets aren't very flattering on a fuller bottom like mine. You see the pocket fabric through the outer material as well as panty lines. If you don't have a fuller bottom, this probably won't be an issue for you at all as the material actually has substance to it. These could be dressed up if you remove the casual drawstring. There's nothing wrong with the pants themselves other than they follow your standard outdoor clothing brand measurements and cut all their women's pants without taking into account tons of women who have larger thighs and butts in proportion to the rest of their bodies. We're left out of the outdoors apparel market entirely unless we wear leggings. These would probably look very flattering if you're more rectangular/athletic shaped. These would also work for apple shaped bodies as the waist is larger than the thighs on these so you may not even have to use the drawstring which would be more flattering than using it. What else can I say? The search continues for outdoorsy pants for active hiking women who have a small waist, thick thighs and big breasts. Sigh.

Very comfortable smart casual
Loved these for my spring British Isles and Netherlands trip! I pulled the drawstring out, hate those. I bought 2 pairs and wore the larger size each way on the long flights from US west coast through NYC to Amsterdam. I was very comfortable and felt well dressed. I wore the other pair for city walks and casual dinners. They wore very well, were comfortable in spring showers, and hang-dried dried quickly after a sink laundering after rolling in a towel to blot. At home, normal laundry worked well. Very nice alternative to jeans or lounge pants for travel.

Nice to start, but not durable.
I bought these for a trip where I would be doing a lot of hiking in Iceland as they would be easy to handwash, dry and layer, in addition to all the great reasons to wear wool outdoors. I wore them a handful of times before the trip to make sure I liked the fit and feel and then took them on my trip, about half way through they began to get separation of the fibers that led to tearing. As I result I could only wear them layered! I left them behind as they were unwearable. I was very excited about these pants and liked them immediately, but they did not hold up.They may be suitable for very gentle use, but they are not good for regular wear or short term for moderate hiking. 😕

Very nice pants
These are very comfortable and a lot of stretch. I agree with other people that the front pockets stick out oddly and the tie string should match the pant color. But other than that, they feel comfortable and of high quality. I will probably use my fabric markers to dye the string or else just remove it.I am glad I bought them, the price is a bit high but I expect them to last a long time. We will see.

Decent pants
Decent pants, but not my favorite. They are comfortable- not scratchy at all. Washed them and hung them up to dry- they were pretty wrinkly. They are cropped but not capris.

Gapped in Crotch had to return
Beautiful material, nice weight, tight woven material. Too loo loose in front of crotch for me. Sad to send them back as have not found anything similar.
