I am an avid collector of rare tropical plants, and have some extremely rare and very special anthurium in my collection. I normally make my own blend of substrate for my babies but I don’t think I could have put together a better blend than this.When you open the bag, you can instantly smell the freshness of it. It’s very soft and has an extremely nice texture that’s not too chunky but chunky enough for good airflow and drainage. I was able to pot up 2 anthuriums with it quite easily without breaking any of the fat noodle roots that anthurium have. I did not put any additives in either since this has everything in it I would normally put. It’s been 2 weeks and I have zero transplant shock. They seem to be doing really well!I’m going to use the rest of the bag to pot up a small monstara Albo and see how that goes, but I suspect this is an excellent long-term mix to use with any number of aroids.

Love this mix - it is as advertised. I've found most soil amendments on Amazon to be insufficient and/or tremendously overpriced per volume. This might be the first I'm satisfied with. The mix is perfectly balanced, high quality, and the volume is solid. I used the entire bag to re-pot my tropical plants and it lasted longer than expected and holds water well - doesn't just pour through. I'm very impressed.

I really like to have a decent soil mix for my plants especially the Aroid types. This soil is actually pretty decent and if you want to keep it as is or add to it both will suffice. So far so good for me with this brand and overall I am pretty impressed with the quality.

I got this soil mix to replant my plants to a bigger pots. This soils is very good quality and even while I was repotting my plants I could see the difference in soil. It looks rich in nutrients and great for all kinds of plants . My plants look so much more alive now. It is a good size bag that helped me to replant few big plants. Price is nice and I definitely recommend it.

This potting mix contains an impressive array of ingredients! Truly happy with this product and can use it for my bonsai due to it's high drainage abilities as well as many of my other plants and trees. It is a good sized bag and excellent quality.

I will never go back to any other soil when it comes to repotting my babies. I’ve planted all of my propagations into the aroid blend and I’m enamored with how quickly they’ve grown to full blown adult plants 😧😍 Can’t wait to get to a point where all of my 70+ plants are in this soil!
