Really helps with thinning hair. Glad this is back on the UK market as it has been unavailable for years. Better price than it used to be as well strangely enough. Highly recommended.

I'm still trying out this product. I'm now on the second bottle. My nails have definitely grow already and I've noticed my hair looks as if it's grown and is definitely softer. I don't know if the softness is a combination of the silica and the Aphogee 2 minute reconstructer that I've been using.I also have chronic pain due to health conditions and I've noticed a big difference to the level of pain I've been in lately.I will definitely purchase another bottle to continue seeing the outcome. I am liking this so far. I take a spoon of this everyday in a cup of orange juice and mix it.Would have loved for it to have English instructions though. I had to research.

My hair was falling out due to being hypothyroid. This stuff helped to arrest my hair loss. Used it in the past too before I became hypothyroid and it made my thin hair a lot thicker. My hairdresser also commented. I'd definitely recommend
