Master 30" Direct Drive Basket Cradle Floor Fan, for Commercial, Shop or Garage - Tiltable (MAC-30BCT)

It was a great product, until it wasn't. Today marks 3 months and 2 days since I've ordered the device and the motor has failed. Apparently the warranty covered 2 months. Not sure where to go from here, I need another fan and I don't want to purchase another of this brand only to have it fail again just out of warranty.Update 9/25: After speaking with Pinnacle Climate (the sellers), they have offered to send me a new unit after providing proof of purchase.

Knob for tightening broke off immediately and mounting screw bent. Fan vibrated so bad it moved across the floor. Would have returned but was last one of this size (30" high velocity/cfm) on Amazon. One of the blades was bent causing the vibrations. Must have been manufactured that way. I had to bend the blade to re balance the fan so it would operate normally. Wheels look very rickety, Low quality; would not recommend

Overall great fan. The wheels are too small, however. I used gorilla tape to increase diameter. Without tape the rolling is annoyiing.Arrived fully assembled. (yea). Had been in box awhile as one of knobs to fix fan direction had rotted off, pieces stinn in box tho

Arrived with a broken adjustment knob. Distractive, Very noisy. Low speed should be high speed. High speed the entire fan frame almost walks.

This fan only worked for 1 month before it completely quit working.
