So I finally got one of these after like a year of eyeballing them. And it was great! ... for like 2 months.It’s a little bit larger than I thought it was, which is fine. And it’s a tiny bit of a bummer that the connector port doesn’t support audio out. But also no big deal.But it stopped charging my phone a little after 2 months of having it. I only used it like twice a week, but for some reason now the battery charges, but it won’t charge my phone.Great nerd product, but not super practical or durable apparently.edit: I’m going to add that it stopped charging for me after about 3 months of use. It was only about 1-3 days a week. I think the little connector to the phone isn’t very sturdy.

The pictures for this product clearly show the charging cables and cords; however, it is VERY misleading as they do NOT come with the case and must be purchased separately. The pictures should be updated to not show them.

It doesn’t fit nicely for my iPhone 6S. Also, the charging doesn’t connect from the device to my phone.

After not even a day of having the case, the front part broke. The external battery doesn’t hold a good charge.

I originally backed this project on Kickstarter. After receiving two of the three Chargemanders I ordered, I figured that the third would be on its way shortly. Emails to their support team have gone largely ignored – and the replies they did send included follow-up dates that have been consistently missed.The two Chargemanders I did receive are generally only of "okay" quality. The hinges are wobbly, the cover requires extra effort to fit on straight and flops around anytime the case is picked up, and the electrical components are visible from the inside of the case when empty. In addition, there are stress marks on the plastic in some places, which also lowers the aesthetic value of the case. The lights and button are a fun idea, and the rubberized feel of the case is nice, but this doesn't make up for the lack of quality overall.I also still haven't received the missing part of my order, and all I'm getting from their support is the runaround treatment and vague "we need to verify with the warehouse" excuses. If I'd known it would be this much of a hassle just to get what I paid for, I wouldn't have backed their project in the first place.UPDATE: I've now received a refund for the items missing from my order. Since I'm now only reviewing the product, I've changed the rating accordingly. I still don't think the case is very good, but at the very least my dispute with the company has been resolved.

I purchased this item from their site earlier this year and after being sent a broken and used product, I finally received one that worked... for a bit. Overall the case looks great but it fails to charge my device even when the Chargemander has full charge. I press the blue button and it starts to charge but then immediately stops charging. Again, it looks cool but don't buy this if you are expecting it to actually be a battery case.
