The quality and flavor are both excellent.

This USN protein mixes really well, with no clumping or frothing. The strawberry taste is absolutely divine and for me, doesn't have a synthetic flavour to it.Macros are good but this will depend on your goals, and the added BCAAs mean no more taking huge white BCAA tablets several times a day.I take two scoops in 600ml of water and drink through the morning as a breakfast replacement and to aid with muscle retention while I'm eating fewer calories. The bag won't last long which is annoying, but I have seen the price is reducing so the cost is becoming more appealing.

This is another flavour from USN that I have enjoyed and it went down smoothly. There is an aftertaste that I'm not a fan of but the initial taste is rather pleasant. I mix with with water in my protein shaker bottle and it doesn't clump up after giving it a good shake. I use this as a post-workout drink and it gives me a solid 25g of protein for the day.

This mixes completely smooth with just a shaker, no blender needed. The cookie dough flavour is well balanced, sweet enough to enjoy but not artificially overwhelming. It works well with both water and milk without any chalky aftertaste. Milk is obviously the best, it tastes more authentic and rich, with water it can taste a little diluted, no matter how much you add.Digests easily even when taken straight after training or before. The powder doesn't clump in the bag and the zip seal keeps it fresh. This has a good amino acid profile compared to some basic whey proteins, which helps with muscle retention, growth and recovery.I like adding my own raw cacao powder to give it a better taste and it complements the included cookie dough flavouring.

The product blends easily to a good consistency in my blender, but unfortunately for me the artificial sugar taste was overpoweringly sweet, despite my sweet tooth, I couldn’t drink it.

You know you need more protein, here it is. Love the strawberry flavour

I got off to a good start with this whey protein powder, it comes as 14 servings worth in a small resealable pouch and includes a plastic scoop which is single portion sized (34g). Initial look and smell is fine, i ordered this in the cookie dough flavour.Mixes easily and blended well with my usual oat milk to get a richer and smooth flavour. It is quite sweet but tastes fine to begin with. After a few minutes it developed an awful aftertaste which also stuck for some time afterwards so am reluctant to try it again or continue with it unfortunately. It was otherwise tolerable with a decent 25g of protein per serving.Single serving used daily this pack would last up to 2 weeks, but at £20 (at the time of review) i felt the value could be better with a larger bulk buy and sadly there wasn't enough about it, especially the aftertaste for me to buy this again.

Good protein powder. I’m a bit of an expert with these now as I’ve tried so many varieties, both through here and ones I’ve got my self.This is certainly a good one. Ingredients list is as expected with no unwanted additives.The flavour is good, I got the strawberry. It’s yummy if a little too sweet for me. But is fine and true to taste. Also does not leave any aftertaste which is great. Mixes well. But only in a blender. Not the best results for me in a shaker with oatmilk, but it’s better with water. But in my smoothies from a blender, it’s perfectly fine.No powdery taste either. And a good amount of protein per weight, per dose.Would recommend.Great value.Also had the idea to try it in porridge, (as I always do with protein powders) was good but strawberry porridge is weird!
