I enjoy this machine so much. It is a great workout and such fun because it is like a game for yourself. I have been using it for a while and still am having a great time. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good workout.

The media could not be loaded. The electronic home punching box machine came with USB-C cord, lightweight boxing gloves designed to be used with this machine and instructions.The instructions are very brief 1/4 of a page.They provide 3 options to install the machine to the wall.1) use the included bar to attach2) use the very wide Velcro stripes to attach3) use the doubled sided backing (that's precut to the machine size) to attach.Hopefully the battery will last for a while as the machine cannot be used while it’s charging. Limits the ability to use when the battery needs to be recharged. Also once the battery goes so is the machine.The charging port and power and volume buttons are on the side. On the top of the punching machine are 2 buttons shift and gears. The shift button: Counting, timing, calorie switching keys. The gears button allows you to increase or decrease from 1-8.The device has Bluetooth capabilities to have the punching sounds play through your phone then the punching machine. (personally didn’t see the value of this feature)Unfortunately my expectations were too high as this wasn’t at all what I expected. This isn’t for an adult, it’s a child’s toy at best.

the mounting option is kind of odd and the instructions i received were not in english. it seems like it will be ok for a while, but build quality is just ok. definitely good for working out as long as you dont hit it too hard.
