Was allot of pieces but really didn’t take too long! And it come with everything you need to out it together! Everything tools and all

Parts I the dresser are broken and very hard to assemble
I accepted the partial refund but when we open the package to assemble it pieces of the wood is broken it’s very hard to install it as you apply pressure for the screw the wood break it’s like chalk material. Material is made of chalk very cheap material. See picture attached of the broken pieces. How would I return the whole thing and how to get my full refund.

The media could not be loaded. Omg I’m so in love with this dresser. Please don’t listen to the bad reviews they probably assembled it wrong. I had no missing parts, the pieces were labeled, the screws were easy to use, It didn’t have any scratches, the drawers lined up and opens and closes with ease, the storage is great and I like the height it’s perfect for the height of my bed and tv angle. The only 2 complaint I have is it’s hard to keep clean. It holds fingerprints easily and if you wipe it with soap and water like the instructions say it leaves behind streaks and the second complaint is ITS EXTREMELY HEAVY I weigh 130 pounds and the package weighs about 90 pounds I struggled getting this in the house and I live in a town house so I had to carry it upstairs piece my piece because it would be impossible for me to bring the entire package up my stairs... but besides that it’s almost perfect. I changed the knobs on it to diamond knobs and let’s just say it made it even more prettier !

Unable to even put the dresser together because of damage, incredibly heavy which is making the return process difficult. Will NOT purchase again.

Assembly is not easy.
The six drawer dresser will give me the storage I require. It’s exactly what you might expect from $190 piece of furniture. We had a hutch that was over top of a computer desk, which we saved. We put it on top of the dresser and got good results. I do have to say assembly for someone who has no idea of how things go together it would be extremely difficult. My husband has been a carpenter for 50 years and it took he and I 31/2 hours to assemble it. There are very few written words, just pictures. At one point, I said to my husband , for the person that has no skill, they are crying right now in front of a bonfire.🤭
