VTech Touch and Swipe Baby Phone, Pink

This is very entertaining for my child. It is also very good quality considering how many times it has been dropped and thrown across the room. Yet not a crack and is still going like the first day that it arrived.

My daughter loved playing with this toy. It is very engaging for her and she was slowly able to learn how to use and interact with the toy. The songs do get stuck in your head, so be prepared but its worth it when you see the joy your child is having. She plays with it all the time so we've had to change the batteries a few times but overall I give this product a 5.

Received on May 6th and already stopped working..... It's May 27th.....UPDATE 5/29/24: I changed my 1 star to a 4 because of VTech support. They were easy to work with and are sending me a replacement for free. They also let me know that they no longer stock the Blue item so maybe the blue ones are lemons? We will see how long the replacement lasts and I will post another update.

My granddaughter is 9 mos and she loves this, it keeps her occupied for a long time. Love it!

Bought as a Christmas gift, very entertaining

My 1 year old is obsessed with stealing our phones and gets angry when we take them back from him (even though we don't show him videos on them or anything really - i just think he sees us carrying them and wants them too). So we got this to try to appease him so he could have his own phone. Seems like the whole family had the same idea and he was gifted 3 different ones for Christmas. This one was the one i got him and I thought it looked like the one with the most bells and whistles that could keep him occupied - also there was a mention of "learning" that suckered me in.In practice this thing is just a noise machine that seems to have very little rhyme or reason to what happens when you push buttons. There is a function where you can put in your phone number so, i assume, you kid can start to memorize your phone number but I discovered this by accident (also questionable why this would be useful). Sometimes the phone seems to just decide that no matter what button you push is it going to make the same annoying noise until you "swipe" to the next screen. There is really no learning aspect to it (but to be fair I don't think any of these types of toys offer any real learning potential - not the point really) . There is one "song" on this that we all laugh at because the words are either completely unintelligible or utter nonsense ("Music, back, dancing in a bag"?). To top it all off my son doesn't really love this toy and it hasn't deterred him from wanting our phones - it occasionally offers him a 3 - 5 min distraction when he is having his diaper changed and then he looses interest.I guess this gets 3 stars because is ok quality, and not really worse than the other two "phones" my son was given. I would say it is unnecessarily complicated for not actually offering anything of value - little kids just smash buttons and older kids would be lose interest in this in a matter of seconds.

This baby phone was amazing. I bought it for my grand daughter. She is 10 months old. She is always wanting my daughters smart phone. My daughter had come over for a visit. This phone was delivered while she was there. My daughter did not want me to get it for her. She said dont get her another thing. Of course I didnt listen. Well let me just say.. When I got the phone I said to my daughter this is for her to have when she comes to grandmas house. You will not be taking it home. So she did not object. Well, as soon as I opened it and gave it to my grand daughter she just loved, loved , loved it. She would not put it down. My daughter then said to me " Mom Im taking it home. I said no you''re not".:) Lol.Well She did take it home. My grand daughter loves it and wont put it down. She prefers it to all her other toys. This one is a winner.Oh, the price is great as well. No one will be disappointed.I just wanted to add. I had to exchange this phone for another one as it broke. My granddaughter was heartbroken. It broke twice. This saddens me. And my grand daughter.

My baby loves it. She wanted our phones all the time now that she has her she don’t want ours which is great. It keeps her entertained.

We purchased this to allow our toddler a way to work on using his fingers individually whilst learning in the process!He spends a lot of time playing and swiping with this toy! As he grows, it will allow him to continue improving fine motor skills, while learning in a fun way!Its small and perfect for those road trips! easy to throw into a diaper bag!Fun little toy that is inexpensive!

Easy to use

When we initially got this product I thought my daughter broke it because it wasn't singing properly / doing most things it should. Then we switched the batteries, and it was like a whole new toy! I guess it was on DEMO with the old? Either way - If you want to get this toy to avoid them using your cellphone... it won't work hahaha, but it's an excellent car toy!

Muy didáctico!! Y práctico!!

El concepto de juguete es muy divertido, con muchas funciones y sonidos. Mi bebé se entretenía mucho con él, pero tras varias caídas al suelo ya sólo repite un sonido y sería de esperar que un juguete para bebés fuera un poco más resistente.
