I am very happy with these. We bought two to use on the sides of our covered patio and the color matches perfectly. It took less that an hour for my husband to install both. I am not giving them 5 stars though. One of the pull cords came off and I have yet to fix it. I know it can be done, but it will take time. Meanwhile, I just don't retract the shade all of the way so that I can reach it without a ladder.Also, I was hoping to find a way to anchor them to the side wall during a light breeze, so I contacted the manufacturer. They had a solution for a bottom clam that would work well if we had railing underneath, but we don't. Even though they couldn't help with my question, they were very polite and prompt in their responses. I would not hesitate to contact them again if need be.

The charging wires at top could be redesigned. Instead of having them stick out and noticeable, it should be designed so it’s recessed into the housing so it’s not noticeable when the blinds are up and installed. Other than that all other functions are good.

I moved into a new house with a 2nd floor balcony that faces West. I ordered 2 of the wide widths to protect the balcony from the severe Texas heat. These are wonderful and are sturdy. I have contacted the company for 2 small questions and needs and they have been very helpful and solved a problem for me. I have high wind and needed more pull cords to anchor them on windy days and they are sending me more cords at no cost. Excellent customer service. ( over all I have ordered 9 window and door shades and they are great to keep the sun out and protect your inside furniture and carpet at the same time). Don’t hesitate to buy from this company.

The blind is great for what we need it, however there is a good size dent in the aluminum valance from shipping. Don't want to be too picky, since it's not their fault, but maybe do a better job at packing in the future?

Awesome shades. Excellent material and craftsmanship. Easy to install. Operates like the old room rollup shades. I custom ordered these because I needed the size 80 inches in length.in order to use on my screened in porch. They fit beautifully just as measured. Will go back and ordered more when I replace my other existing shades (these were more standard size so I got these from local Lowes). Would definitely recommend.

The folks at Springblinds patiently worked with me to get my shade customized to my specifications. It first sent me samples of its shades per my request and then I ordered a wide shade (82.25 inches wide specifically). Because Springblinds spelled out details about the roller (hardware) width and actual shade width, I knew exactly what to expect. The result was a shade that perfectly matched what I had envisioned. I'm attaching pictures of my window before and after the shade was installed.
