This Blue Butt pad has really worked for me and also another family member. We suffer from lower back issues especially when sitting for extend time either in our office or driving. I have had a sciatic nerve issue that causes lots of pain in lower back and down my legs. This product has really helped both in my office chair and my car. It provides support that allows me to get comfortable and take the pressure off that makes my posture more comfortable and takes away the normal discomfort I have had - always squirming to find a new position once the pain is too much. So far I am very pleased. We have now purchased 2 of these and it helps my wife who also has back issues sitting in her office chair. For the couple of weeks she has used it, her discomfort has been totally relieved. We have tried many different avenues in past from back adjustments to many different posture supports. This one works the best by far and hope it continues to help

This is comfortable beyond expectations. Not only is it very comfortable when traveling, it has a cooling feeling to it & fits in the right places, no readjusting. Also a pleasant additional use is my elderly Mother has to spend more time in bed & the Big Butt Pad is very comfortable for her. Excellent purchase, maybe new Christmas presents for this year!!

What I would really prefer is an office chair that is comfortable to sit in for several hours. This cushion is not bad, but would be better with a cover that doesn't let me feel the individual cups through the cover. Also, it would be nice to have a way to affix the cushion to the chair. I am constantly having to reposition it because it works it way off the seat. I guess it sounds like I am complaining a lot about it, but it is still far superior to the poor cushion that came with the chair.

I do a lot of sitting and I've used a number of gel seat cushions in the past. This one is by far the best one yet! I've ordered others that look like this, but I have been disappointed up to this point. The others seem to be made of more flimsy, thinner material even though they are the same size. The construction of this on seems thicker and stronger that the others, and you can feel it. Defiantly great value for the money too! I'm ordering some as gifts for my family now. Stop waisting your time reading all the details of the others...like I always do. This one is the one you want!

I just received my “Big Blue Butt Pad a couple of days ago. This cushion is by far the best I’ve ever bought! Great for back problems as well for traveling long trips or short stops! I’ve tried several versions of this pad and none has been comparable to this one!!!!! Very well made, nice washable cover. And packaged so well.. I’m so happy to have found this product on Amazon. BEST!!!!!

As someone who not only carries extra weight but also deals with the aftermath of an old tailbone injury, I’ve tried my fair share of seat cushions over the years. While the Big Blue Butt Pad isn’t the worst I’ve encountered, it still falls short on comfort. It’s a pity because I genuinely appreciate its larger size and added thickness, but those benefits don’t quite outweigh its flaws.The first issue is that it isn’t as soft as I’d hoped—at least, not for me. It feels squishy in your hand, but when you actually sit on it, the extra height of the honeycomb-shaped cells tends to collapse sideways, offering minimal cushioning. This not only makes it less comfortable but also causes the pad to slide forward despite the “grippy” bottom. As a result, I often end up with a pressure point right at my tailbone, which is where I need relief the most.While I commend the price for its size, I would have liked to see a higher-quality cover included. The one provided feels quite cheap and doesn’t grip well enough. A more substantial cover—one that also helps maintain the shape of the honeycomb cells while seated—would make a significant difference. If they could solve the collapsing issue and upgrade the fabric, I’d gladly pay double for this pad.Of course, comfort is subjective—what works for me (or doesn’t, in this case) may not work for you. I believe Long Haul Comfort is on the right track with this product and that they could easily charge more with a few small improvements. Ultimately, though, if something isn’t comfortable, it’s tough to recommend.

I sit and work on a computer all day and this has made my days so much better and more comfortable! It’s high quality and well priced!
