Good size , quick delivery

The logo on the tracksuit trousers is incomplete and was not properly finished. When peeled off, it hadn't stuck properly.However, the seller personally contacted me to resolve this challenge, allowed us to keep the tracksuit, gave a full refund and offered to send another item to demonstrate that this really was a one off issue. They were so kind and professional in dealing with this that I'm still giving them a high score...sometimes, how a challenge is resolved is just as important as the challenge itself!And as a footnote, we had ordered an alternative tracksuit from a different seller - it was very poor quality fabric and logo in comparison to this one, so I would recommend this product for quality!
