I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect when I first tried these relax patches, but I’m so glad I did. They helped me get out of an anxiety funk I felt stuck in for a while. For the first time in a long time, I was able to actually do tasks without overthinking everything. It’s like my mind was finally quiet — no constant noise, no spiraling thoughts — just calm focus.They stay on really well as long as you put them somewhere with minimal hair and make sure your skin is dry (definitely put them on after you shower). I’ve even showered with a few patches still on, and depending on how gentle I was, they actually stayed put! Most of the time I even forget I’m wearing them — they’re that comfortable. Overall, these patches have made such a difference for me and I’ll definitely be keeping them in my routine.

Product felt cheap and didn’t stick well to the body. Used 2 stickers in different places on my body and they did not stick.

I put it on and in about 45 minutes, I feel very relaxed and sleepy. I’m always looking for something that I think is more natural. I will buy these patches again.

These patches can stick well, but you pretty much have to slap them on correctly and not disturb them. I've gotten the best mileage out of putting them on my hip wearing broad-waistband underwear that more or less gently holds them in place.If you mess up at all and try to re-stick them, forget about it, just get a new patch. Likewise if something rubs and peels the edge, it's going to be the beginning of the end. They do hold up to showering as long as you're careful not to scrub over and disturb it.As for the effect... hard to say. I can't say I feel a particularly notable change after wearing one all day. Power of positive thinking/placebo definitely counts for something, at least.

Wow! I wasn’t prepared for how wonderfully this would work! Within a very short period I was so relaxed after having had some challenges. I highly recommend this.

The glue isn’t good, it didn’t even last 10 minutes.
