The best, longest last kt tape
I highly recommend this tape. It stays on for over a week. The edge fray before this tape will even start to think about coming off. Helps my bad knee pain tremendously. I buy this exact kt tape over and over and over.

Works— pulls skin away reducing inflammation pain
This surprisingly works. I’ve only used it on bending joints opposed to just wrapping it ( seems a number of WTA players use it in places it doesn’t work) and found it does reduce the pain.Concept is the skin is pulled away from the inflamed area.

I love this Kt Tape. Even though it says Sports Tape I use it for my knee so I can walk better and keep it on all the time. I can take a shower with it and it stays on without a problem. Great product.
