I bought this for my son who has just started high school, I needed to know that should anything unexpected happen all of his medical information is easily accessible.The band allows you to store any medication he takes and allergies which he suffers from. It also gives access to emergency contact details.I came across a small problem with setup and emailed the seller Lee. I have to say his approach to dealing with the issue was first class. He responded to my email within minutes and offered his direct number to call him on which I did. Within minutes of talking to Lee he resolved my issue and I could not praise the customer experience enough.Don't look anywhere else if you are considering one of these for a loved one or a friend. Bought for my husband who likes to go out walking. He has vascular dementia and I was worried that if he were to have an accident he would forget to tell the medical services he is on blood thinning medication. There is also space to put emergency contact numbers. Gives me some peace of mind that if he ever gets lost someone will be able to contact me or our GP. The velcro fastening makes it easy for him to put on and take off himself - although because it is comfortable to wear I have noticed that he tends to leave it on all the time now.

Great product. Brought for my husband, and he really likes it. I upgraded to their premium service, which means that if anyone scans the code on the bracelet to get his details, then an alert is immediately sent to me, so I know there's a problem. Highly recommend.

Second one we've bought for our daughter who has ITP. Lasts about two years on a 9 year old so well worth the money and carries all the info needed. Washed in machine 4 times and 3 holiday swimming pools have taken there toll on strap but it has lasted

Excellent service in delivery. The bracelet seems an effective means of communication of essential medical information. However, once packaging is open it became clear that the Velcro band is bulky for me and has too limited space for providing my medical information. The bracelet may also be difficult to clean. This item cannot be returned for a refund once packaging has been opened. Other bracelets with engraved information may be a better purchase.
