Actually quite nice!
We bought this for our 7 year old daughters birthday. I was a little concerned because it was so cheap compared to the other play teepee on amazon but it had good reviews, so what the heck, let's give it a try! It arrived in a very small box and the look of the outside of the box gave me a bad vibe. I even suggested we send it back and get one of the 100.00 ones. But Hubby said let's give it a shot. I begrudgingly wrapped it up thinking the whole time that it would be Lame. My daughter opened it up and was so excited! My Husband and the kids put it up in about 5 min. And you know what?! The kid is thrilled. Looks quite nice...and much bigger than I thought. My 7 & 8 year old girls get in there together. Glad I didn't return it!

Great tent for the price!
This tent surpassed my expectations, for such a cheap price wasn't expecting too much but wanted 4 of them for my son'd 8th bday sleepover and wasn't going to drop a ton of $. they turned out great! easy to set up and plenty big, we set them up for an outside movie (unfortunately we never got the the cheap movie projector I also purchased to work [see my review on that!] :(

kids like it. It is not super sturdy and there are a lot of parts to get it set up. but it works and is fun . I feel it was worth the money.I like the plastic bottom so it can be used outside!

Hours of fun for the kids
I was contemplating on getting this teepee or a castle one and bought this instead because it looked more interesting.Putting this together was easy, Less than ten minutes and it was done. One thing I had trouble with was the top portion of the teepee, it kept swaying to one direction, that had to do with me not reading the instructions thoroughly. It has a side flap and front door which you can tie open or leave closed. The insides pretty big, enough for two toddlers and some toys. The material retains the heat so it can get hot inside. I think eventually the poles will snap, especially with energized toddlers but it seems to hold for now. It's a great purchase for about half the price of the others available on Amazon.

Dangerous!
For the price I didn't expect a lot. In my experience this should be suggested for children older than 3+.My nephew, admittedly, last clocked at about 100 mph had this broken and useless inside of 2 hours. The canopy holds up well, while it lasts, but the rest of it is an accident waiting to happen.I'm attaching photos of the broken tent-poles that are cheap, soft PVC and break into jagged edges. The poles are put together just like typical tent poles but without anything permanently connecting them through their hollow centers. I pressed the pole sections together, into the connectors, as tightly as possible and still after a short time they came apart. Imagine your youngster blindly running through this tent with half-poles dangling whichever direction waiting to take an eye out or worse...I might recommend this for children considerably older than 3 or 4 years; perhaps calmly chilling with their little camper set enjoying the idea of their fort.I won't ask for my money back as I believe I got what was advertised. I certainly should have taken a closer look before purchasing. This was both dangerous and a waste of money.FYI - The burly cardboard box my new gas grill shipped in was a far bigger hit and put up with 30 lbs. of abuse the entire Thanksgiving weekend my sister's family was visiting.

Fun little tent
This tent is bigger than I thought, I can fit in there with my 1 and 3 year olds. It's easy to set up, though the poles are a bit flimsy. At the entrance, the floor material doesn't connect to the frame so it often slides apart. I plan to wrap the bottom around the pole put a few stitches or some super glue on it to keep this from happening. I'd say definitely worth it for the low price!

Reason it's so cheap
With 4 boys it kept coming apart as soon as I put it up and nothing to hold the rods in place. Lots of little connecting pieces and no bag to put them in when you take it down. Probably will be returning it. There's a reason it's so cheap. The boys loved playing it in the few minutes it stayed together.
