KayteeClean & Cozy Natural Paper with Extreme Odor Control Bedding, Made with 100% Recycled Paper

Very nice bedding for our dwarf hamster.It has a mix of two colors.We did a separation in his habitat with two different types of bedding and you can see that the Kaytee Clean & Cozy bedding is thinner than the other one bought at a pet store. It’s easier for hamsters to burrow themselves into it. It separates better as well.As a eco-concerned customer, I’m happy to know it’s made from natural recycled paper.It’s guaranteed to be odor-free for 2 weeks, so I’m happy about that too, since the hamster stays in my daughter’s bed.

I was very surprised that this bedding had a 14 day odor protection guarantee and was excited to try it because of that. I use this brand for their other bedding, and this one did not seem to be made differently. It was very compact in the packaging so you just needed a couple handfuls and breaking the pieces apart fill the bottom of the litter box. I used it for two litter boxes for rabbits. I will say it lasted a little bit longer than other versions without an odor but after four days, it started to smell. I might get away with a week with one of the bunnies but the other one has to be changed sooner. Would never last 14 days but still it’s better than other bedding I have used.

We have 2 hamsters and a guinea pig. We love them all but they can be smelly so we're always trying to improve their habitat (and ours too!)The fact that this is made from 100% recycled materials was a huge benefit for us. We are devoted recycle and composters committed to reducing plastics and waste in general.This bedding has a fine texture that our hamsters in particular seemed to love though our guinea seemed pretty happy too. We got a solid week out of the bedding w/ little smell at all which is great in our opinion. Even after 7 days the bedding wasn't what I'd call stinky. We do spot clean (especially under their water bottle and in the corner they seem to prefer...)Kaytee has earned our trust!

I use mine for 3 full size adult litter trained rabbits.The odor control was good for this bedding type which for my use means about 2-3 days for litter change.If you have a smaller animal like a Guinea pig or hamster you can definitely get more life out of it.Overall I’m very pleased & would continue using it.

Cozy is right! Our hamster loves barging his way through this new paper and he actually seems to do more burrowing now than he used to. He's taking his favorite pieces to his bed and storing it there. It's adorable! There's a lot of this bedding so we have been liberal with it in his environment. It has definitely cut down on some of the odor from the cage so that's another bonus. Best of all, Hammy loves it! Highly recommend!
