Got these to add to my smoothies in the morning it’s a great addition to all the other seeds and fruits and vegetables I add.I did not like that I purchased ground chai seeds instead of hole that’s the only downfall make sure you read that it’s a whole or ground

I like how fine the seeds are ground. I mix a spoonful in my oatmeal.

I use this in my son's baby food for added nutrition and it blends right in. I love it.

great for smoothies....i also put it into my babies puree food...its very nutritious

First, I had HIGH hopes for this. I always look for nutrient-dense supplements to add to my smoothies, oatmeal.Made a smoothie with three ingredients I always use, protein powder, frozen wild blueberries and unsweetened almond milk.Oh and got from vendor, DRW ENT.MY EXPERIENCE:Put in a blender with a couple cups of almond milk, just used about a tablespoon. Let sit for about ten minutes to hopefully help ground chia to absorb liquid more, added protein powder and blueberries.Blended well and drink.A little seedy, like tiny bits of seeds you might get caught in your teeth. Not really coarse, but not super fine.Within minutes, tongue started tingling, not swelling, just tingling, then a slight headache.At this point, I took a GOOD whiff of the bag they came in. Smelled like FISH oil, not the slight nutty smell they're supposed to have. CHECKED EXP date. DEC 2021. A YEAR from now.Now maybe they had gotten too hot in a warehouse in the summer, don't know.I would have said I was just allergic to this or something except for the FISHY smell in the BAG I just got TODAY.I would try this again, but would get directly from sold and ships from Amazon. I didn't see that as an option when I first looked. Ground CHIA SEEDS may be the greatest thing, but this bag SURE wasn't!
