I wish I'd had this years ago- I started with the smallest insert as recommended and it was great for the half day I wore it. Came with good explicit directions with it which I value in a product.

It does stretch the inner workings of the big toe. Not sure if the long-term use will improve the bunion but I hope it strengthens the muscles and tendons so I can avoid surgery!

I want to clarify that toe separator and "bunion corrector" are absolutely not the same thing, and this falls on the toe separator side of that line. Mind you, from what I have read, bunions cannot actually be corrected without surgery, only managed, but this is one of the weaker devices for bunion management that I have used. It also lends itself to continuing to push my other four toes away from my big toe, which is something that my bunion was already causing and not something that I want exacerbated. That being said, it is comfortable, not terribly invasive, and easy to wear to bed or under shoes, which most "bunion correctors" definitely aren't. This could help to manage super minor bunion pain or disruption, but I would try something else for anything more moderate or severe.

I ordered these for my wife and she says ,whenever she has used other bunion correctors in the past , she always felt that she needed the space between the big toe and the next toe down, to be wider - and this one has filled that need. There are a couple of different size spacers that you can insert, she used the largest one and found that her toes ached after several hours , so she used the next one down and that worked great. The material is so soft and gel-like, which makes them very comfortable to wear.

I’ve been looking for this exact thing for months, they are hard to find! The main thing is that the space separating the toes is small, which is what I need. All others I’ve found have been way too large so it’s painful. If the space is too small for you, just insert the included spacers. There are three different sizes, two sets of each. Would absolutely buy again.

As I type these words, I'm wearing this toe separator, and it's painless and comfortable. Really happy to be able to enforce a little separation between my toes. I've been wearing this at night when I sleep, and it doesn't interfere with my sleep at all.
