I really liked how this travel guide was laid out. There’s so much to do and see in Kauai that having a well written travel guide is essential and this one is great. I enjoyed learning about all the different activities, beautiful beaches, and cultural experiences to explore. You’ll learn the best time to go, what to pack and how to enjoy the island on a budget, which is really helpful and important for many.

The details in this guide are terrific to the point you crave kauai! It's a cross between paradise, culture and makes you want to book the flight!

The book that arrived was of very poor quality and very little useful information. It had larger pages with very large type and wide spaces. No pictures or maps. Only black text that looked liked a first grader's reading book. I bought it because it was 2024 publish date and I hoped it would have the latest, updated travel information. I have been traveling for over fifty years and I have never seen a travel book that was this worthless.

I really enjoyed learning more about Kauai and found this book to really help me understand the best way to travel there. It really helps you plan your trip from the accommodations to the best restaurants to eat at which is very good for a person visiting for the first time. But I really like the part where it tells you what not to do as a tourist because again you wouldn't possibly know about some of it unless you read about it.

I was looking for some places for my holidays, with this book I learned that with over 60 miles of coastline, Kauai has a beach for everyone. And I can Relax on the white sand beaches of Poipu, bodysurf the waves at Tunnels Beach, or go for a secluded swim at Maha’ulepu Beach.

This book has just basic information with no photos and no detailed maps. There are no detailed reviews of restaurants or hotels etc. At best, I 'd call them brief descriptions. The printing is like it was off a copy machine. I was very disappointed. The cover is inviting, but you know the old saying, "Don't judge a book by it's cover.

My father really likes this culture and would like to visit it, we gave it to him with my sister plus the surprise trip and he could not be happier! The book has made him much more interested and learn more! I would have liked it to have more pictures.

I took it for a few days' vacation, knowing that I needed it as a guide to the main places. It provides all the essentials, useful information of a historical, geographical and tourist nature. Those who do not like bulky texts can choose the practical kindle version and can always take it with them on a trip.
