Funny and moving anti-romcom
I really enjoyed this movie! It's more of an anti-romcom. The main character is not a great guy, but Justin Long makes you root for him anyhow. Definitely worth checking out. The writer/director is Ryan Eggold from The Blacklist, and he does a great job.

It Deserves A Look
Really glad I didn't pay attention to the negative reviews and trusted my instincts. This is an unusual, thoughtful film, nothing like Wedding Crashers. If that's what you're looking for, this isn't it. The movie has some humorous parts but is more melancholy than anything else. How often do you see a film where the male lead is struggling to get over his feelings for his ex-girlfriend? At her wedding? It completely flips the usual chick-flick, going-to-win-him-back scenario, and it's done in a fairly realistic way. The emotions are messy and honest. There are rough edges and some missteps here, for sure, but Justin Long is terrific and even heartbreaking in this. I liked it a lot.

So depressing and boring
A terrible movie. Long and drawn out, depressing, no sympathy for the characters. Such a waste of the talented actors. Not surprising that I hadn't heard of this movie before finding it on Amazon!

Do not waste your time on this movie
Do not waste your time on this movie. It is sooo slow and sad with close to no explanations or motives. I paid 2.99 for rental and I rather have spent that money in a sandwich lol!

give it a chance
Who knew that Justin Long had such range as an actor? I always loved him in comedies but this is something different and worth a look.
