I recently purchased a chair from The Sleep Company, and I must say, I have never experienced anything like it in my life! The ergonomic design is impeccable, providing unparalleled comfort and support. The comfort of cushion and sturdiness of back rest is very good. Provides good support overall and doesn’t feel tiring after sitting long hours.The lumbar support adjust could have a bit more curve and range to it.The mesh back is sturdy and gives ample support from waist to shoulders.Headrest provided is quite good. Al though not adjustable, it supports my head perfectly. So the lack of adjustment is not a concern.Height adjustment is extremely good and feels quite on par with the expensive chairs in my office.Back rest adjustment is smooth and doesn’t throw me off guard when I pull the lever. The stops for backrest could have been more as it moves an inch or two more than where I want it to stop.The only bad experience was the assembly part and that too because a single screw. The overall assembly is extremely simple and can be done by one person without need for guide.However, there was one screws out of three which you have to remove to fit the backrest, was tightened so hard that the provided Allen key chipped off and became unusable.I had to used a hex key from my bikes tool set, pull hard after attaching a lever to get it loose. Just getting this screw loose was 50% time of the total time of 35-40 mins it took me to assemble the chair.

Brought flex model. Very comfortable, sturdy, easy installation, height adjustable, seat can be adjusted front and back, very good lumbar and neck support. I strongly recommend the chair.

Terrible Quality Chair. The frame got bent in 4 months and hydraulics failed. Had major issues with Service and they send 3rd party agents for service. Struggled with co-ordinating for over 25 days. Buyers, dont go by the videos and technology mentioned. The technician they sent said quality is poor and hence metal base got bent. All that glitters is not gold. I am fighting with the company for a refund and they are delaying it. I may need to know doors of consumer forum. Making a good website and selling poor quality stuff is the mantra here.

very comfortable chair. very great customer support too. i recently moved and the movers damaged some screws and headrest. support helped me fix all of that.

Review after using for 1 month:Chair is good even for tall people.price is on higher side.built quality is good.comfort is good. I can sit 2-3 hours without sweating my back.

I ordered this chair after doing a lot of research and I am happy that I selected this chair for my office work. The chair is really awesome. It is sturdy, very much comfortable.My height is 5 fit and it is suitable for me. Up and down , seat slider and reckline,armrest, headrest all are really smooth, comfortable. The seat is very much comfortable. I can sit long hours on the chair and i do not feel any issue. After sale service is also good. Overall nice product from the sleep company.

The chair is quite decent in itself; comfortabe and appropriate back support for smaller frames, however, the high price is not very justified.
