Perfect fit.
My boat is a 1989 model and so when the bilge pump went out I was skeptical that I could get an exact replacement but this one was. Easy to install and works great. Actually pumps a bit more gpm than the original but I see that as a plus as it was the same size physically.

Salt water took its toll
2 1/2 months of use in salt water took its toll. I used regularly as my boat started leaking recently. Salt water is hard on everything.

Quick Replacement for An Old Mayfair Bilge Pump
This was an exact replacement for my 30 year old Mayfair Bilge pump. I did not even have to remove the old basket/mounting bracket. There was a small issue in unlocking the pump from its new basket. Could not do it by hand, but application of some force with some very large-jawed pliers popped her loose.
