I belong to a number of on-line wet shaving forums and read many outstanding reviews for Bart's Balms from UK members, as they are made in Scotland. I searched for it for sale in the U.S. to no avail. Even though the shipping costs from the UK to the U.S. are high, I decided to make a purchase to see for myself. The first time I tried it was a treat. It was unbelieveably soothing with a fantastic masculine scent that my wife said she really liked.Now, I find that a selection of Bart's Balms are now available for sale on Amazon. I immediately bought the set, but waited until I tried each one before posting this review.I was as impressed as I anticipated. Each one was very soothing, calming the burn from using a Double Edge razor with fiercely sharp 'Feather' razor blades. They provide a very close shave, but sometimes if I'm not paying attention can give me a slight razor burn. After an application of Bart's Balm, the burn stops immediately and the skin feels cool and hydrated.I cannot wait until this small batch manufacturer sells the larger sizes of all their balms on Amazon.If you want to experience a fantastic aftershave balm, pick up this set. Your skin will thank you.

i bought this set for my brother in law's birthday. He was really happy with it and said it was a really good aftershave balm with lovely fragrance and soothing oils. I was really happy with the item and it made a really nice present . great all round! I would buy this again, the price was reasonable and the item was good quality.

Been using these a few years now. They have nice scents and are calming on my sensitive skin. You don't need to use much either so they last a while. Thanks Bart

Has to be the best fragrance on the market. Smooth creamy and great value for money.. As I like my man to smell nice I couldn’t resist using some on my legs after shaving them. The fragrance lasted all day and my legs felt lovely and soft. I have actually reordered a set for myself.Might be small pots but it goes a long way..worth every penny.

Non greasy & quite concentrated so one only needs use a very small amount. Very soothing & very well absorbed.So, why am I being mean & dropping a star? Because my favourite of the samples, Ben Vorlich, is not available in a larger size or as a stand alone fragrance, which kinda defeats the object of samples in my opinion!I’d happily buy that in larger bottle balm form for the rest of my shaving life!Looks like I shall have to settle for the ok smelling but not as great, Ben Nevis.

Love this balm, use it every time I have a shave and it makes my skin feel smoother to the touch, I was given it as a present, it was well presented in a metal box with a nice note from the seller, it is nice to try all the different fragrances
