Fertilityblend
Well, i bought this as i was having trouble TTC, i wanted to exhaust natural options before going onto meds.I only took these tablets for a month or two and then i'm afraid i had to stop.My period was 3 weeks late when i took these tablets and only came after i stopped taking them, i also had some very undesirable side effects.After doing some research i believe that people who have a regular period don't really benefit from taking fertility blend. My cycle is usually over 40 days long BUT it is regular, from what i have gathered, people with completely irregular periods benefit best from FB.I don't want to put anyone off FB as i have read enough success stories to convince me that for alot of people, it does work, but i just want to put out there that many reviews i have read on other sites give the impression that it wont work as well for everyone.

A scientific review
I have been battling with my fertility and ovulation for few months now. I am diagnosed as PCOS, with regular cycle, but questionable ovulation (my period is never very regular to actually measure my progesterone level on the right date, but it was always over 20nmol/l for a blood sample on the 21st, even when my period was 32days for that month (one of the longest that has been lately.I read the raving review about this product, and decided to give it a go. I was hoping I will be a good statistic, I was not.I took it on the last day of my period (CD7) and my next period never showed up (I am day 36 now which is highly abnormal for me). Even worse, my progesterone level for this month (again on day 21st) was 0.5nmol/l (non ovulatory cycle). Needless to say that before knowing about my prog level, I took four pregnancy test thinking that the miracle has finally happened, just to be struck with the BFN every time.I am feeling very disappointed now. Before coming to this conclusion, I was running low on the first and only bottle I ordered, so I rushed to buy another one (thinking that even if I am pregnant it could be good to maintain it through the first trimester). I ordered another one, and now I am going through the battle of returning it. Although fulfilled by amazon, when it comes to return, you only deal through the seller, which in this case a third party(Virility Health LTD). I am not sure if they are going to take it or not (it is still sealed of course). I will update accordingly.

It's ok but product is not transparent about content of active principles
Although this is the only formulation with clinical research background, the content of vitex in this formulation is not displayed because it is proprietary that means that you may be taking too little or too much for you and you can't dose it for you - if it does not work and then you'd like to change to another formulation of vitex than you really don't know what yo've been taking. Moreover there are other products (such as vitafem of ZitaWest) that contains many more vitamins, nutrients.

Definitely improved things...
After doing ongoing tests for many months, there was a remarkable improvement in my test results after taking these for a few months. My doctor was also pleased with the noticeable results and improvements on my ovarian function. The only reason I haven't given the product 5 stars is that we are not yet pregnant, but I will update if the status changes...
