The ultrasonic mechanism seems to work fine. However, I only recently tried to use the heater and discovered that it doesn't work. I suspect that it never did work but I have waited too long to request a return.**Update** I like the appearance of this unit and the fact that it has a drain so, in spite of my poor experience with the previous unit, I ordered another one. The heater has quit working after one month. This time, though, I am within the timeframe to request a free replacement. Hoping for better luck with the next one . . . . We'll see.**Update #2** The heater on my replacement unit has gone out after less than 3 weeks use!

Works great. I thought the heater was a bit slow. Kind of a all day event to get the tank hot if I saved the cleaning solution. But not a big deal. gets the job done for the price.

This product is great for cleaning all kinds of things. I mainly use it to clean my dog grooming blades and rings. It gets everything super clean. Highly recommend. Worth every penny.

Despite what I read in other reviews, this thing heats up quickly. Does a great job.

This is my second one - both stopped working after 6 months.We use it at the salon daily and I purchased it because it does say "commercial" but it not made for commercial use.

It came as described and is working well. I really like that it has a timer that is up to 30 minutes so I don't have to keep going back and starting the timer again. The one I had previously had a timer that only went up to 8 minutes. This one only cost a few dollars more and has many more features. My only concern is the user manual that came with it is blurry. Looks like it was double printed so I can't read many of the pages. I have contacted isonic to try and get a manual and waiting on a reply.

The iSonic Commercial Ultrasonic Cleaner was purchased to replace a smaller iSonic ultrasonic which was not large enough to keep up with the volume of use in the denture clinic. The iSonic brand was selected because the one it replaced has been in operation for many years and still works perfectly. Excellent quality products and reasonable price.

Quiet, works well. Controls could be better or more intuitive, but it's good for the value and it works well.Lid isn't hinged, could be for convenience, but at that price point, seriously... it's fine.

Works great. I use it for cleaning brass and firearms parts. Works as well as the branded, higher priced models. The basket for the smaller unit fits but needs higher sides. The plastic baskets work great.
