This is a nice heater that looks classy in our living room. The ability to change colours is the best thing about it. I don’t like how loud the fan is. When I bought it the heater was supposedly on a 50% discount price for a week. Months later and it’s still at the same price. And the company sending me a letter offering me a £50 bribe to leave a 5 star review on Amazon annoyed me. So I’ll give it 3 stars.

We were inspired by some of the amazing feature walls we saw being posted by other happy customers and just had to have one for the new extension. I’ve scratched my head on how to do it for way too long as I wanted it to appear to be floating across the corner. Finally got round to it recently and figured it out as I went along. I couldn’t have done it without warme’s fantastic marketing which is truly inspiring. Lots of ideas to draw from. It really is a beautiful feature in our house and I have a feeling I may be asked to do a few more for friends now 😳The fire itself is awesome with so many different colour schemes to choose from, it looks super sleek and to be honest looks like we spent far more than we actually did.

I am giving 4 due to the fact that they offer you £25 if you write a reviewI will have to see once installed if it is worth itBut now i am sceptical when i try and buy anything from amazon as i can see that reviews are bought and they’re not realistic

Love it sets the room off

Very stylish and is an excellent feature for the room. Gives a nice warm feeling to the lounge while still looking modern.I am editing this review because while the product is still nice, the seller is unresponsive when help is needed with the fire. The manual does not contain the details needed for mounting the fire in a fireplace and there is no answer to emails or phone calls when you contact the seller for help.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Feels premium with good heat output and brightness. For those wondering, you can simply turn off the heat and only have the lights on for lovely ambience. Can't fault the product, very happy with the purchase.

Should have been five stars really. Very engaging to look at. All as promised. But an L.E.D in the flame bed failed. Then reappeared spasmodically in different colours to the rest. This is in midsummer after very little use. This morning a week later it has apparently repaired itself so all is well for now. In early morning low light it is a wonder to behold, so should be in winter. Bright enough at other times but appears less so of course. Couldn't return it and don't want to because it is HEAVY and could never repack it on my own. Fingers crossed. Working perfectly now. Heat output about normal for 2 kilowatts. But heater might have been situated at the bottom as it misses the feet and knees when close to.

I am really pleased with my Warme Firebox fire for many reasons, Firstly I installed the Fire myself, it was very simple and straight forward. The instructions are clear and concise.The fire comes bundles with lots of different features, for example you can change the side led lights, change their brightness and have them turned off, you can also change the colour of the fire bed and its brightness and you can change the colour and brightness of the flames too. You can also change the flame speed settings.When I was looking at purchasing a fire I wanted one powerful enough to heat the room just in case the new radiator I installed wasn't powerful enough. The fire has 2 heat settings and the heat generated on the lowest setting was enough to warm the room, on the highest setting it would warm the room in no time and keep you toasty through the harshest of winters.If I had one criticism it would be the fan could be doing with being a little quieter, that said once you have the television on you don't notice it at all.I would also say one concern I do have is that the remote control that comes with the fire would appear to have a few more setting options then you get on the fire panel itself, should you lose the remote or it stops working you could lose one or two of the features.All in all I am really pleased with the Fire and would certainly recommend one to friends and family.
