High Carbs
Pure Arrow Root should contain 16g of carbs to 100 g but this product contains 85g carbs per 100g what are they putting in that they are not telling you about, I can only think something like potato starch as a bulking agent, which will also be high in gluten ?

Good clean product. Will buy again. I use it for making gluten free Yorkshire puddings and in my home made bread. Great product

Takes knowledge to know quantities to use
My recipe would not set with the quantities given. I'm currently trialling quantities for best cooked outcome as arrowroot is supposed to be great for digestion, but only to be used in small quantities.Otherwise the product bought on Amazon is as shown and i would buy again.
