I can't tell the difference in this control and the original it replaced. It saved me parts cost as well as labor. I installed it myself by simply unplugging the old one and plugging this one in. It works great.

Great Remote for a Power Chair.
My Mom's power chair old remote went to crap and had to replace it hece this fit the bill. Luckily Amazon had it for sale as it is hard to find it thru normal retail channels.

Not as shown, old and used, broken
Needed a replacement as we broke a button on remote that came with chair. This was to be the exact replacement.Received a worn worn, used, broken wires so remote can not work.Frustrated, trying again. Will update review once replacement received.

Exact fit for Pride chair
My mom's dog chewed through the remote for her Pride mobility lift chair. We tried to repair it but the wires are incredibly thin inside. This poses a challenge when trying to find broken connections.I did some research and found that this remote "should" do the trick. Many reviews stated it did not work for them. We took the chance anyways as this looked identical to the remote that came with the chair and Amazon's return policy is stellar.Once it arrived we tested it out and we were very pleased to see that it worked perfectly. All of the options were working. This remote was half the cost of what the local mobility store wanted to charge.If it helps anyone, the model of chair we bought this for is a Pride CM310 chair.
