Perfect for my travels. Needed to create a better way of packing and this did it perfectly. A good size thick plastic.Good seal, plus blue pressers added to help when closing seal. Sucks out all the air squashing clothes down nice and compactly to put in my medium size suitcase for my travels giving more room to add all my sandals.I also use it to store my holiday clothes in the wardrobe draw making space to hang my winter wears. Good value for money.

I don't know why, but these seem to work far better than ones I've used in the past. I basically gave up on vacuum bags, because they kept letting air in, and some even came open at the top as well. I thought I'd give it another try when I saw these, and am glad I did. These seem to work really well.So far, they are staying sealed and the pump is easy to use. I followed the instructions to the letter and made sure the bags were not too full. I have only used a few so far, but I will use the rest now I know it's worth it. They do save quite a bit of space, depending on what it is. Most is saved with things like duvets and pillows, I think.This is a Vine Voice review, but that has not changed my opinion and I only review items I would buy. This vacuum bags set is very useful to have in the house as there is always something which I don't end up using much, especially clothing as seasons change, and it takes up space which I would rather use for something else.These are very simple to use and all there is to it is to insert the items you want to vacuum pack, seal the bag and after sucking the air out with the pump ,simply put the valve cover back on. You don't need to worry about the air coming out after removing the pump because the valve will not let the air come back in.The bags come in different sizes and have a wide double seal which secures them well.A good guide on how much stuff you can put in one bag is to feel the seal and when this doesn't zip up easily it means there are too many things inside and their size won't be reduced as much.I find this to be especially helpful when traveling as we all know we want to pack as much stuff as possible in the suitcases, and by shrinking down the clothing I create a little bit more room.

We recently bought these bags with their vacuum packing machine and it is the best purchase I have made in a long time. It is perfect for storing things that take up a lot of space. The vacuuming machine is super powerful and of good quality and comes with a variety of bag sizes which makes it super useful. I was able to store one of my baby's pillows here and it was perfect. Truly an excellent product.

Bought the larger set of these to help my daughter pack up her stuff for university as we flew her from CO to NY and limited on packing space. Teen girls often have a lot of clothes and want to take them all including heavy sweaters and sweatshirts - these saved her! I also bought this set because it has the little vacuum included and she will not have nor need a vacuum in the dorm so we didn't want to buy a vacuum just for these bags for the return at end of academic year. A couple reviews said the vacuum didn't have much power but we were honestly impressed at how well and fast it works. it's small and she doesn't have much storage space so perfect for her. I did take a star off because a couple of the begs didn't have the valve to use the vacuum seal. They were regular bags - think giant ziplocs. We didn't need all the bags so it wasn't a problem but they should have been as advertised.

I ordered this and it was delivered the same day! It’s exactly what I needed for my bedding, freeing up a lot of space. I even managed to fit two queen comforters into one of the Jumbo bags! This is a fantastic value for the price and very easy to use!

Had a lot of sizes to choose from however not all bags have the plugs for the vacuum.Only the larger ones. I placed several items into a larger bag and vacuumed the bag.While air was out the bag was super bulky and quiet heavy.The seals on the vacuum plug can be tricky and often didn't seal properly resulting in air getting back into the bag. Upon packing to return home,I decided not to use the bag and just left it.

It isn't 15 vacuum bags like they make it seem. My box just got here and the bags look ok,and the electric pump works well. Problem is there are 6 bags measuring 60x40 instead of 3, and three out of the 6 are simple zip lock bags without the vacuum outlet. I am very disappointed given how pricey these were, and I feel cheated out of 3 large or jumbo vacuum bags.I will not return because I am in desperate need of vacuum bags.I'm editing my review because I went back to read the description carefully. It was stated there all along. Don't be fooled!
