Most of the packaging and the entire manual was written in Chinese, but you don’t really need any of that to figure out how to use them. When looking at the cap, twist it counter-clock wise by 45 degrees to remove the cap (⅛ turn). The opposite applies when putting the cap back on. I would suggest not washing them before using. I made a mistake and washed them. I left them dry overnight, but the moisture still got into the salt after I filled the bottles, although there is no visible water.
