The earpiece sound quality is good; I could decently hear others pretty clearly. The sound volume, both incoming and outgoing, is very low. I could clearly make out what people were saying if the background was moderately quiet, but, I couldn't make out incoming transmissions in very noisy environments. That is because the volume was so low, I could neither hear others nor could they hear me. I turned the volume up on my radio and had others do the same, but, no good. I swapped out to another type of earpiece and all was well but, when I went back to this one, low volume.I wish there was a volume adjustment.It is decently comfortable; more than another throat-mike I had tried. The main push-to-talk button is HUGE. I couldn't hide that half-golf ball sized thing under my shirt or coat very well, and that was not comfortable. The secondary button was great to use; I ran it through my shirt sleeve. Wish I could remove the big bubble and only use the little one.I can't use it anymore as is, because the volume is so low. For someone in a low noise environment, I suppose this would be good, as the clarity is good, just not the incoming nor outgoing volume.I could only recommend it if it is to be used in a low noise are.

This product has went far beyond my expectations!! Well worth every penny. Quality made and works Great!!
