Yes, stinky AND effective. Don't buy if you are floored by strong smells or have a delicate stomach. I would compare this to what clothes resurrected from a decaying steamer trunk stored in a damp, 100 year old cellar hole might smell like. There's an odor of fresh green peas -- thoroughly aged but not spoiled -- also loamy earth, compost and petroleum. Very funky. It does take you aback the first time. I found that I got used to it quickly and, curiously, am now fond of the characteristic odor, possibly because it really works and it's its own beast of a smell -- unapologetic and refreshing in a sanitized world.This product obliterated a scaly red rash on my forehead that I'd been suffering years with -- in just days. To be fair, I was also applying a mixture of castor oil and olive oil at another time of day. Castor oil is wonderful stuff but I wasn't getting results. With neem, I saw improvement within 24 hours. The scaliness dissolved, then the redness faded, and now the slight remaining skin discoloration is almost gone, skin smooth. I am a poor healer so -- wildly impressed.The liquid is a dark brown, viscous and somewhat hard to manage even with the dropper. I don't know how but even with trying to be careful, I got drips down the side. Drips do stain so make sure to have something protective underneath.Everyone's skin is different. If you overdo it the first time like I did and your skin remains slick, gently wipe off any excess before putting on clothing or going to bed. If you can't adjust to the odor, keep in mind that neem is a wonderful insecticide for plants, both indoor and out and the smell can also be reduced by mixing with other carrier oils, fragranced lotions or fragrance oils you find more pleasurable. By the way, as the oil works its way into the skin, the smell disappears. Apply at night and greet the day in confidence.

I initially noted that this improved my dry skin, it has an unpleasant odor, but fine I was able to tolerate that as it dissipated, you only need to use a few drops to cover a lot of surface area, however I developed a severe allergic reaction to my skin in which I am currently undergoing medical treatment from my physician. Therefore although this may be helpful for dry skin conditions, I would try it on a small area that is involved or bothersome, it took 2 weeks for my skin to become sensitized.

I Used 1 or 2 drops for a skin infection on face with citrus & peach lotion. It gave the help and healing that I needed. I will be buying this and “Premium Products” again. I do highly recommend their NEEM OIL!

Have been using it as an additive with organic cold pressed coconut oil for my hair. The addition of neem oil made my scalp feel a lot better and less itchy in this cold dry weather.

I knew this oil was going to be odiferous but it has such an overwhelmingly foul smell I can’t use it for any beauty regime or skin care. It will smell up your clothes, bed or anything it comes into contact with. Extremely repulsive. I read it can also be used for plants so maybe I’ll try that for outdoor use.
