Works as advertised. Caution very aggressive vacuum effect. Use intermittently.

We both loved this item! Noticeable results with the first use. It's fairly easy to understand, thank goodness, as the instructions spoke more to how the penis works than how the pump works. Regardless, we figured it out. Easy to clean, too 😊
