Q: Says two sets are provided- confirm that means 4 hinges - enough for 2 doors?

Hello, the number is 2 Pcs is 2 sets of hinges enough for 1 door to install the upper and lower hinges, thank you for your support.

Q: We need installation instructions. It seems impossible to install the hinges on a hidden door as there is not enough space to slide the door in?

For a semi-flush install, you would need to bore a hole into the upper/low jamb for the female ends to slide into. And the gap btwn the door and upper/lower jamb would have to be about 1/8" to 1/16" more than the width of the two hinge plates stacked together. If you wanted a fully flush install, you would need to not just bore a hole, but cut out templates the same size as the hinge plates in the jam and door using a handheld router. Then the hinges would actually be hidden inside the door itself as opposed to sitting on its edge. But this obviously takes woodworking skill. It's not as easy as just drilling in some screws as you would with a traditional American hinge. That's the reason these hinges are more expensive — they're aesthetically more beautiful but more difficult and skill-intenaive to install.

Q: Can I use this hinge for my interior bedroom door?

Yes! Everything must be square and the floor level. If you have never done something like this before I would attempt it on my own. You could destroy a door and your floor real quick. There are no instructions with these pivot hinges!
