Got this game at the last minute bc I couldn't find it anywhere in town. It was delivered next day. Great product, excellent condition. A perfect game for large or small groups, young or old players. Easy to play, requires little explanation and is a great way to pass the time over the holidays and avoid conversations about politics. Not for toddlers (small pieces, choking risk) but 8-10 years to 80+ years played with us and enjoyed. Easy peasy.

Good quality and fun to play. Hard to open and turn around to see the board without pieces fall out, the storage design is flawed.

This is a fun family game. Horse pieces are high quality, easy to play, and was very fun. Happy to have it.

A really nice set for the money. The construction is excellent. The board/case itself is a solid wood with a decent finish. The graphics are printed/painted directly into the wood...not cheap stickers like some of the others. The horses are a heavy solid metal and have a nice appearance. All the included pieces fit snugly in their foam inserts and do NOT fall out when the case is opened and flipped over for play. Others seem to be reporting this but this hasn't been my experience. The only letdowns in the set are the really cheap and thin playing cards and the uninspired wooden dice. I've upgraded my set by replacing the original decks with some Theory11 "Hudson" cards and flashier acrylic dice.I recently purchased another set that cost $100 and was shocked how cheap everything was. Stickers, plastic horses, etc. That set went back immediately and was replaced with this beautiful set.

So I really like the overall feel of this game. Almost everything does feel like it is quality pieces besides the cards and the dice. Honestly, and this might be my own preference, but just regular dice would have been fine. Instead it feels like it is some sort of wooden dice that may look nicer, but I worry about how well they hold up and they don't feel as good as normal dice. My second complaint is the cards. They are narrower than normal playing cards and just felt pretty basic in comparison to the rest of the game pieces. But the horses and everything else did look and feel good overall. I haven't been able to play the game yet, but excited to try it out! So the one other reason why I lowered my scored to 3 stars is the value part. Overall it does look and feel good, but looking at similar items I think there is other boards similar that are prices a little lower than this.

My family loves this game! We did buy an extra set of poker chips because the amount this comes with is way too low. But the quality of the board and the game pieces are beautiful
