These are super strong and I actually have somewhat of a hard time closing my back glass now, but it's a heck of a lot better than trying to reach into the rear cargo area and having the glass fall down on your head. I will buy from this company when replacing the hatch lifts for sure.

The glass in the back of my 2004 Ford Escape kept falling down every time I'd open it, and would inevitably smack someone in the head. These arms fixed that problem - now my glass stays up where it should be! They were a perfect fit, incredibly easy to install (especially after watching the video online), and arrived very quickly. I will definitely be purchasing these again if I ever need to replace any more lift supports in any vehicle.

Wow these were easy to install, just a simple clip you pull up on with a flat head screwdriver to pop old ones off, and then just push new ones right onto the ball joint less than five minutes work. These were so strong that a single one held up my glass while the old two couldn't.

Work great. Glad I read other reviews, my husband tried to "work them" right out of the package and told me it was faulty. I had him put them on the car and voila, they work perfectly. I agree with other reviews, they actually work much better than the originals.

These fit perfectly, only took 5 minuets to install and do the job better than the stock ones.I strongly recommend Strong Arm for your replacement shock needs. So nice not to get smacked in the head by my rear window on my 2004 Ford Escape anymore. They arrived within the time they gave for delivery. I am very Satisfied.

I ordered these supports as a christmas gift(not your average wish list item).They were here in just a matter of days. Installation took about 10 minutes. I can't find anything to say negative about them. Great quality & easy installation. Now my wife won't get whacked in the head any more when unloading groceries.

Arrived on time and an easy install. Works very well and provides excellent support. I'll be replacing the liftback arms on the vehicle next year and I'll come back to these guys.
