I love nootropics, trying to find the combination of supplements that work for me to optimize mental performance. It can be expensive and sometimes disheartening to keep trying various products only to find little or no change in mental acuity, memory, or cognitive performance. After a month of tinkering with my supplement stack, I have found what works WONDERFULLY for me with Genius Mindfulness. Hopefully this review may help you too.My background: I am a mindfulness coach, I do an hour or more of meditation daily, workout full body 4 times a week and get 30 minutes of cardio on the off days, and even with clean nutrition, (no fast food, little processed sugar, no dairy, minimal wheat/gluten, primarily pescatarian/vegan) and adequate sleep I was still having brain fog and just feeling a lack of concentration and motivation overall.When I took Genius Mindfulness in the morning with coffee and with Genius Burn, I felt overstimulated - not like caffeine jitters, but just not the calm state of motivated focus I was looking for.Here is what I found works for me: taking Genius Burn first thing in the morning with a glass of warm lemon water, along with probiotics and my other supplements, then an hour or two later taking Genius Mindfulness (this product) with my first meal or with a green tea latte or whatever I'm drinking at the time. I often do intermittent fasting too, and find that delaying eating boosts the effects of this product as well (for me). When I overload my body with other things, the effects of calm focus and quick mental performance get lost in the mix of food/drink/suppliments.Changing the time of day and what I took Genius Mindfulness with made all the difference for me. I also cut out coffee (even tho I love it so much!) as I found I no longer need the caffeine rush to power through my day. It actually was more of a habit to drink coffee and the overstimulation from the caffeine was making it even harder to concentrate. Now, I can set a list of items to focus on and it feels effortless to complete each task. Seriously, this product is a game changer in what I accomplish and the effects last the full day. I feel focused but relaxed, as it should be! I hope everyone who tries Genius Mindfulness is able to find the time of day and lifestyle changes they need to step into greater productivity and accomplishment while remaining relaxed and happy. This product truly works if you take the time to find what works for you! It's time for me to order more, this is now an essential part of my productivity.

I’ve bought this product a few times already , and it never disappoints. Needed something to help me with memory retention for 4 important test I had to take and it worked . I would usually take it after breakfast and after a few minutes I can feel the difference. It helped me concentrate and retain the material I was studying. Something to look out for is if you’re taking any additional medication, mixing this with other medications or supplements may not have as much effect.

I've been using Mindfulness daily for a week and a half and already noticed subtle but VERY powerful effects on my mental wellness. I'm currently dealing with daily elevated work stress (who isn't nowadays?), two cars that need repairs, and a bathroom remodel I am doing entirely myself - it's a lot at times. I get overwhelmed, over-stressed, and anxious at times to the point of burnout.Since starting with Mindfulness, I've realized that I've been extremely productive, handled many situations MUCH better than I would have thought, and done so with a clear mind not riddled with fog, distraction, or negativity. I'm not saying this will work miracles but it's 100% allowed me to stay clear of mind and focused on my work and projects without becoming cripplingly overwhelmed as I have a history of becoming. That effect alone, aside from the antioxidant and memory support it has, is a HUGE deal for me and well enough to make part of my regular routine.

I suffer from bad brain fog and heightened anxiety due to Fibromyalgia which I was diagnosed with in March of 2019. The confusion, light-headedness, and lack of focus that I often have and feel can be debilitating. I took a chance on this brand after researching and reading reviews and purchased Genius Mindfulness. It helps. I can wake up in the morning, exercise, and eat a relatively healthy breakfast and still feel unfocused and confused. It is difficult to explain unless you've experienced it. I take a Genius Mindfulness capsule and within about 20 minutes start to notice a difference in mood and focus. I am slightly calmer and can string together a complete thought and sentence (lol) more thoroughly than I could prior to taking it. The plants in this supplement seem to reduce the inflammation in my body which causes a large portion of my brain issues. I wouldn't say that it works perfectly, but I can say that when taken it helps boost my congnitive functions significantly more than if I did not take it.

I have been so happy with all of the Genius products I have tried, I keep coming back for more. I have repurchased Genius Joy, Genius Mushroom and now have Genius Mindfulness back in my cart. I have an allergy to all NSAIDS which makes me have reactions to many supplements as well. I try to be careful but sometimes don't know what will set my allergies off which include scary swelling and hives. I had laid off supplements for awhile but came back when I started reading about Genius. I have always loved l-theanine but it wore off for me. Once I started experimenting with Genius products, I realized that I could layer them and have an all day calm and focus. I really can't believe how well these work! I take two Genius Joy and the mushrooms in the morning. At lunch I take Mindfulness. I'm an elementary teacher and I was never getting one specific task finished. I was always taking work home or coming back to a mess the next day. I also teach online in the evenings and wasn't balancing my life in between the two jobs. I've been able to even add running back into my schedule both because I now have the time but also the energy. I have slowly started to add Genius Burn into the days I know I'm going to run. I want to try Genius Sleep soon!
