Although it brought in many local channels, there is no place or chance of getting ABC.Also the USB did not come with a power adapter and the prongs do not match any spot on my Samsung TV, additionally BOTH BOX AND BAG WERE OPEN AND CORD APPEARS TO HAVE A CRACK .

I was very skeptical about this antenna but saw it for a good price, and plus they do offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. I decided to buy two, one for myself, and as a present to my parents for the new tv my brother and I got them for their anniversary in May.First after receiving this I quickly went over to my parents apartment to hook it up while having my hopes up that it would work really well for them. Before this antenna my parents couldn't get good reception at all, and they were lucky if they got 4-5 of the regular channels, and 20 of the other channels with any antenna. My goal was to get my parents all the regular channels, and then some. When I first hooked it up to their tv I placed the antenna in all kinds of places and positions to see if I could get more channels. I did get 2-3 more regular channels then they were getting before but it still wasn't much. I did also get a lot more of the other channels too but the channels they liked were in and out and didn't come in clearly when the other regular channels would come in clearly. It really annoyed me because some regular channels would come in crystal clear in different positions and places. But putting the antenna in a different place meant losing other channels. I actually spent 8 hours at my parents hooking it up, and getting this thing to work right. After 7 of those hours I was very frustrated, and having serious thoughts about returning it. I read the instructions about putting it near a window, and up higher to get better reception, which is something I already knew but it did make me question my tactics. I tried this with the closest window the antenna could reach too, and still didn't get much. I then decided maybe I was putting the antenna in the wrong window, and that I needed to put it up to another window in the living room or dining room area. The only problem was the ten foot cord was way too short for this. Luckily my parents had a long 15ft coaxial cable and an extender laying around I could use, which I extended all the way to their dining room window in their apartment. All of a sudden all the channels I was getting already came in crystal clear no need to change positions to get some channels to work, and than losing others because they all worked just fine. I did the channel search again and got 118 channels, and yes all the regular channels came in crystal clear. My parents and I were very happy because now they were able to finally get all the stations and shows they really liked to watch coming in clearly, and new ones that they couldn't get before that also had some shows they liked to watch as well. This was an awesome gift to give my parents, and my hopes for this antenna were completely fulfilled when I gave this as a gift to my parents.Now onto my apartment. The hdtv I got in my bedroom in my apartment some of channels wouldn't come in very clearly, and all I had was a set of rabbit ears hooked up to that hdtv but I still got over 95 channels which was still better than what my parents used to get at their apartment. Anyway I hooked this antenna up placed it in my window, did the channel search, and got over 130 channels crystal clear. I was very happy.

We are two married millennials who have never owned a TV until a few weeks ago when we inherited one from family. We didn't really want it, but hey sure, we'll take it. We put it in the guest room and thought we would never use it, but then we remembered that the Oscars, the Olympics, etc. are coming up and we always have such hell trying to stream that kind of thing online using feeds provided by the networks.This thing works super well, right out of the box! We live about 7 miles away from UT Austin, but in a relatively undeveloped area (nearest grocery/pharmacy is a good 5 minute drive) and we get ALL THE CHANNELS NOW. We vegetated for the rest of the night, watching Antiques Roadshow, The Bachelor, Jeopardy Greatest of All Time Tournament, and various other embarrassing things.We are so happy we got this antenna! We also inherited a ""Fire stick"" which we can use to connect to various streaming services but it slow and the app is frustrating: honestly, good old fashioned TV is so much more satisfying (the ads are a small price to pay)! I'm not looking forward to all the hours that will get sucked away from my other hobbies now by our rejuvenated idiot box, but then, maybe a I am!

Bought this the night before Bears home opener knowing me and my aunt were tailgating the next morning. Delivered bright and early to my delight and tried it on the TV I was hoping to bring to the parking lot for tailgating. Inside my house in the suburbs…only recognized 6 channels, which didn’t include FOX or CBS. Figured this was a bust of a purchase….BUT THEN!!!!…..Parked, hooked everything up, searched the antenna and shockingly it picked up 111 channels!!! In the middle of a parking lot with hundreds of cars! Went to FOX channel and crystal clear picture of the Noon games. I was the tailgate hero to have us watch football during our tailgate.Everyone kept asking me how I had my successful set up and I was still stunned myself that this actually worked.Again, not great for inside my house in the suburbs. Unbelievably amazing for tailgating near the downtown area out in the open
