We absolutely love our Yale lock! Installation was quick and easy, and we were able to connect it seamlessly to our phone, smartwatch, and smart home devices. The fingerprint scanner makes locking and unlocking the door effortless, and the auto-unlock feature when we pull into the driveway is a game changer—especially when carrying groceries.Overall, this lock is a fantastic addition to our home. My family has 4 of these now at 4 different properties and they work great. It was important to us to have a single app to rule them all (LOTR reference:) .Installation was easy and straightforward for physical as well as programming.After 6 months, there has been no issues with battery like and expect to replace at least once a year but I suppose that would depend on how often the lock is used.The fingerprint ability is awesome and simply “just works”It was nice while out of town and having friends check on the house to be able to check the door lock and remotely lock if our helpers forgot.I highly recommend and maybe the price is just right. You get a good product when you pay more?Cheers

Love!! One thing I never wanna do again is stand at the door shuffling in my bag for keys in the dark. This lock is perfect and I love how quick the finger print feature works to lock and unlock. It was also important to me to find one with a physical key as well in case of a dead battery. I’ve only had this for a few weeks now, so I can’t speak on battery life, but so far I am loving the convenience, the clean look, and the functionality of this lock.

The software on this product is absolute garbage. I've never had a more frustrating 2 weeks of trying to get a product to work consistently and terrible support in 2 years. I am trying to get it to work with Android and their answer was l, "Set it up with your wife's iPhone". Beyond the phone compatibility, the touch sensor doesn't work and the keypad entry doesn't work regardless of what phone you use to set it up.Lesson learned, buy from a software company and not a lock company if you are looking for convenience.

Leaving home without worrying about keys is a game-changer!What I Love-AutoLock with DoorSense ensures the door locks automatically when it closes—great for security.-AutoUnlock detects when I return home and unlocks the door automatically.-WiFi Access lets me check and unlock the door from anywhere via the app.Drawbacks-Loud locking mechanism—it honestly sounds like a power drill.-Bulky interior unit—houses 4 AA batteries; a slimmer design with USB charging would be ideal.-Requires the Yale app. I wish I could manage the lock in the Google or Apple Home or Nest App integration needs an Apple Home Hub.Features I Don’t Use Much-The key and PIN pad: Got these to transition away from normal locks but my fingerprint and AutoUnlock handle everything.-Remote lock/unlock—Nice to have but rarely needed.Final ThoughtsThis lock has been a fantastic upgrade, and I wish I had bought it sooner. Despite minor drawbacks, it’s a great product that lets me ditch my keys for good!

Impressed that it works under Midwestern freezing weather - that cleared my biggest concern as you don't find reviews or specs easily to confirm.It is easy to install on any standard door, has worked well for over a month of non-stop freezing and below temperatures.The only thing I wish it had is the ability to type randomized sequence with the pin. I have it installed in a dark area, so walking towards the pin pad you can't see any of the keys or fingerprint sensor. Hitting any key lights up the keys on the pad. But it is easy to press any wrong key on first try.Otherwise, it works fast and reliably.Have not tested the Bluetooth or remote control functionality.

Love this lock! Perfect for family visiting or showing up while your at work. Sturdy design, secures well! No problems connecting to it.
