Bench was easy to build and all pieces fit perfectly as needed for a quick setup. Multiple removable pins for easy adjustment, and SO many different uses and positions available. I particularly like the ability to do back extensions as I used to have to have a separate machine for this. Bench holds considerable weight without creaking or shifting, the floor pads anchor the bench perfectly level even under strain, and padding is comfortable and resilient. I like the sleek design of the bench, and the adjustable headrest is nice as well.

Missing at least 5 bolts, one pad, and the hardware that’s included is not an exact match.Instructions not great.Will update review once this is resolved and after uses to see if it holds up.

It combines all the functions of weight bench, preacher curl bench and Roman chair. It has the standard Roman chair pedals, so I can use to stretch directly after the strength training. Thanks for saving my garage space.

Compared to other products, this weight bench has two additional carbon steel beams that can store dumbbells, which to a certain extent greatly increases the tensile properties of the overall dynamic structure.
